The Unitronic 2.0 TFSI Intercooler Upgrade Kit (MK5) is engineered to deliver maximum cooling efficiency and reliability, whether you’re running a stock turbo setup or a high-powered big turbo build. Designed as a direct OEM replacement, this intercooler kit is capable of supporting 600HP and more, making it ideal for daily driving, spirited performance, or track use.
At its core is a massive 23.5" x 2" x 16.5" bar-and-plate intercooler constructed from T5052 aluminum, paired with T6061 cast aluminum end tanks. Unitronic’s proprietary internal fin and louver configuration drastically reduces intake air temperatures and resists heat-soak, ensuring consistent performance even under demanding conditions.
This kit also includes multi-ply flow-matched silicone hoses, a CNC-machined billet aluminum OEM boost hose adapter, and all necessary hardware for seamless installation. With over 60% more volume than the factory intercooler, this upgrade provides the airflow and cooling capacity needed for Stage 1 through Stage 2+ tuning.
