Description
The Turbosmart Kompact EM Plumb Back VR19 Blow Off Valve is a direct, plug-and-play performance upgrade designed to replace the factory electronic diverter valve on select Ford EcoBoost platforms. Engineered by Turbosmart, this award-winning Kompact EM Series valve is the world’s first truly plug-and-play electronic blow off valve solution, requiring no adapters, hoses, or additional solenoids.
Installation is straightforward: simply unplug and unbolt the factory diverter valve and install the Turbosmart Kompact EM valve in its place. The integrated proprietary solenoid and internal pressure control channels allow the valve to retain full OEM ECU control while delivering significantly improved performance and reliability.
Built from precision-machined billet aluminum, the Turbosmart Kompact EM overcomes the common failures of plastic factory valves. Its Boost-Balance Valve Technology ensures superior sealing as boost pressure increases, while the positive-seal O-ring piston design delivers faster response, improved boost holding, and consistent operation in all driving conditions.
This Plumb Back configuration recirculates excess boost air back into the intake system, maintaining factory-style drivability while significantly improving durability and performance over the OEM valve. Designed for high-boost and high-temperature environments, the Turbosmart Kompact EM Series is ideal for stock or modified EcoBoost engines.
