TAROX Front Brake Rotors are engineered to provide exceptional braking performance, durability, and thermal management for the Honda Honda CR-V 2.2 DT N22B3. Each TAROX rotor begins as a TÜV-approved casting built to original equipment specifications. TAROX then enhances the rotor through a proprietary heat-treatment process that strengthens the metal structure, improves hardness, and increases resistance to thermal stress. Following heat treatment, the rotors are machined with one of TAROX’s performance rotor designs. Unlike cosmetic rotor patterns, every TAROX disc facing is engineered for a specific functional purpose, improving braking response, thermal efficiency, and pedal feel.
To ensure long-term durability and appearance, each rotor receives an advanced anti-corrosion cataphoresis coating. This electronically applied finish protects exposed surfaces and internal cooling vanes from rust and environmental damage without affecting braking performance.
The final manufacturing stage includes precision polishing of both braking surfaces using specialized hand-operated equipment. This process ensures perfectly flat and parallel rotor faces with machining tolerances approaching 0.05 mm. The result is faster brake pad bedding, smoother braking operation, improved pedal feel, and reduced risk of brake runout or vibration.
