This double-offset bushing kit is designed to replace the factory inner rear lower control arm bushings while introducing additional positive caster into the front suspension geometry.
SuperPro's DuroBall bushing design combines an isolated spherical bearing with proprietary engineering-grade polyurethane to provide improved suspension precision and articulation while maintaining excellent noise, vibration, and harshness isolation. The offset bushing design adds positive caster to the front-end suspension geometry. This helps improve straight-line stability and tracking, allowing the vehicle to track straighter and return to center with less driver input. Additional caster also provides dynamic camber gain as steering angle increases. As the steering wheel is turned, both front wheels gain additional camber into the corner, helping maintain more of the tire's contact patch on the road as the suspension loads and helping resist tire rollover onto the shoulder.
The additional caster also enhances steering weight and feel. The change in caster slightly increases steering weight as the wheel moves away from center, while improved cornering grip provides greater feedback through the steering wheel and a more connected driving experience.
