General Motors used three different OEM upper control arm designs on these trucks: stamped steel, aluminum alloy, and forged steel. SuperPro TRC6650 replaces the aluminum alloy and stamped steel OEM upper control arms. Check the factory control arm design on your vehicle before ordering to ensure the correct kit is selected.
SuperPro’s fixed-offset upper control arms incorporate camber and caster correction into the arm geometry, providing a direct bolt-on solution for lifted vehicles without time-consuming adjustments or trial and error. Designed for suspension lifts between 2 and 3 inches (50–75 mm), these arms help improve steering feel and accuracy, straight-line stability, turn-in response, and predictable cornering performance.
The design also increases clearance between the spring and control arm at full articulation while allowing greater arm articulation. Heavy-duty, high-articulation ball joints provide durability for both on-road driving and demanding off-road conditions. SuperPro polyurethane bushings complete the assembly, supporting improved road manners, handling, and suspension performance.
Based on a 2-inch (50 mm) lift, the manufacturer specifies a caster increase of 2.5–3.5 degrees and up to a 1.5-degree increase in negative camber. Actual alignment results may vary depending on the vehicle and suspension setup.

Important Fitment Information
