The SuperPro Greasable Shackle and Bushing Kit, part number sprKIT096SK, is designed to upgrade the rear leaf spring suspension of your Toyota Hilux 4WD. This complete package includes greasable shackles, fixed pins, and polyurethane bushings.

Shackles and fixed pins are often overlooked during 4WD suspension upgrades. Original shackles and fixed pins can corrode and damage the bushings. The leaf spring bushings help stabilize rear axle movement, and worn or inferior bushings can allow the solid rear axle to move, potentially causing passive rear steer. This can lead to wandering and instability, particularly under heavy braking or when carrying a load or towing a boat or caravan.

Installing the complete greasable shackle, fixed pin, and bushing package is intended to help the rear suspension handle demanding 4WD use.
