The system begins with CNC-machined 3/8" flanges leading into 1-7/8" mandrel-bent primary tubes, precisely formed to minimize restrictions and maximize performance. These feed into 3" slip-fit collectors with integrated high-flow catalytic converters, ensuring improved emissions flow while maintaining compliance in most performance environments (not CARB legal).
Completing the system is a 3" X-pipe crossover, which balances exhaust pulses and enhances exhaust scavenging for a smoother, deeper tone. All components are constructed from 304 stainless steel, known for its corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. Fully TIG welded and back purged, these headers are built for strength, precision, and superior performance under demanding conditions.
