Designed to connect directly to Stainless Works long tube headers using the Performance Connect setup, this system delivers aggressive exhaust tone, improved flow, and a distinctive exit style.

Crafted from premium 304 stainless steel for maximum strength and corrosion resistance, this system features turbo chambered mufflers for deep, resonant tones without drone. The true-dual X-pipe layout optimizes scavenging, enhancing horsepower and torque while maintaining balanced acoustics. Each component is CNC mandrel-bent and fully TIG welded for durability and precision fitment.

The system exits through polished double-wall slash-cut tips located on either side of the rear bumper, giving your Trailblazer SS a motorsport-inspired rear profile. Note: modification of the stock rear valence is required for proper tip clearance. This exhaust includes all required clamps and hardware for installation.

This system is designed specifically for use with Stainless Works long tube headers (Part #TBSS or TBSSOR) using the Performance Connect configuration. It is not compatible with factory headers. Rear valence trimming is required for proper tip clearance on both sides of the bumper.
