Description
Enhance your VW Golf 6 R (Type 1K, 199 kW / 267 hp or 195 kW / 262 hp, 2009–2015) with the SST Exhaust Flap/Valve Control. This high-quality, plug-and-play control unit allows you to open or close your exhaust flaps at will, providing precise control over exhaust sound and performance. The effect is particularly pronounced when paired with a sports exhaust system, delivering a sportier tone and improved driving dynamics.
Designed and manufactured in Germany to the highest standards, the SST control unit is compact (65 x 50 x 35 mm), waterproof and dustproof (IP66), and can be installed in the trunk or behind the bumper. It can control one or two exhaust flaps depending on the vehicle model and integrates seamlessly with the vehicle electronics without causing errors or drawing quiescent current.
The control unit comes pre-assembled, pre-programmed, and includes detailed installation and operating instructions, ensuring a quick and easy installation. Optional installation service is also available at our facility.
