Suitable for the following engines:
- BMW X7 40ix (Type G07) 250 kW / 335 hp (YOC: 2019–2020)
- BMW X7 40ix (Type G07) 245 kW / 328 hp (YOC: 2020–2022)
- BMW X7 40ix (Type G07) 280 kW / 375 hp (YOC: from 2022)
Product Overview
This SST exhaust flap / valve control unit for BMW X7 G07 40ix (2019+) is a plug-and-play solution that allows you to manually control your vehicle’s exhaust flaps. You can open or close the flaps at any time depending on your desired sound experience.
The control unit operates seamlessly with the factory exhaust system and becomes even more effective when paired with a sports exhaust system.

Driving Modes
You can manually select between multiple operating modes:
- Sport Mode: Flap(s) permanently open for increased exhaust sound
- Comfort Mode: Flap(s) permanently closed for reduced sound
- Factory Mode: Returns control to OEM vehicle settings
- Freestyle Mode: Flap(s) approximately 50% open for customized sound tuning
Additional configuration options:
- Memory function can be enabled so the last used mode is restored at next engine start
- Option to force a default start-up mode regardless of last setting
Advanced Functions
- Relearning function for mechanical end stops of exhaust flaps
- Required after flap replacement or installation in a different exhaust system
- DELUXE control system includes flap diagnostics
- Continuous monitoring of exhaust flap(s) status
- Detects malfunctions such as jamming, sluggish movement, or incorrect end position
- Reports faults directly to the vehicle system
