SPULEN Competition Coilover Suspension Kit For VW MK7/MK7.5 & Audi A3/S3
After years of extensive development, we've finally completed the Spulen Competition Coilover kit for all MK7 Golf/GTI/R and Audi A3/S3 MQB applications. Since our initial prototype was installed on our MK7, we've dedicated tremendous resources and ran through comprehensive stress testing to ensure this kit handles anything we throw at it. Exhaustive track testing, real-world environment with good and bad asphalt conditions, different environments with extreme heat and cold days and just about any condition we could think of.
In addition to real-world testing, our competition struts have also ran on our durability dyno for weeks while we took constant temperature readings and inspected continuous compression and rebound effectiveness. Our monotube construction struts and improved combined compression rebound valve ensures a long life, problem-free operation.
These coilovers feature a 32-way adjustable stiffness to suit your hard or soft ride quality needs. Our factory default stiffness is set to 20/32, which we've found to be the sweet spot between performance and ride quality. We've also adjusted the front spring pre-load for optimum ride quality at the adjusted ride height. However, please note each height adjustment is dependent on your car's setup. Adjustment is required after install to best suit your needs according to the configuration of your car.

When adjusting ride height, please note every 5 full rotations equals 10mm. For the rears, when looking from the bottom up at the strut, clockwise equals softer, counter-clockwise equals harder.
