The Spool Performance FX-350 High Pressure Fuel Pump System is the ultimate fueling upgrade for the Mercedes-AMG GLC63 [M177]. Designed for high-performance applications, this system delivers fuel at 35Mpa, surpassing the stock HPFP and previous Spool FX200 model in both pressure and efficiency.

The FX-350 enables your injectors to flow up to 40% more fuel before reaching the maximum injection window, allowing higher ethanol blends, bigger turbos, and improved engine output. The increased fuel pressure also improves atomization, resulting in finer fuel droplets for more efficient combustion. This system includes two FX-350 high-pressure pumps, a Spool Ethanol Content Analyzer (ECA) kit with mobile app, Bosch-spec 10-micron high-flow fuel filter, upgraded fuel lines, and all necessary installation hardware. Spool’s 10-micron filter provides industry-leading filtration without noticeable pressure drop, protecting the high-pressure pumps and injectors from debris.

The optional ECA module displays real-time ethanol content and fuel temperature via BLE 4.0, with black nylon-coated, braided steel PTFE-core fuel lines that are fully E85 compatible. Calibration changes are required to run the upgraded pumps safely; Spool Performance can provide guidance to your tuner and connect you with experienced tuners for optimal performance.

Proper low-pressure fueling is critical to protect the pumps and maintain warranty coverage. Insufficient low-pressure supply can damage the pump piston and bore, so upgrades may be required depending on your setup.
