The Spool Performance BMW [N54/N55] E9X/E8X/E6X High Performance Stainless Steel 10 Micron In-Line Filter Unit is designed to address the common issue of inadequate filtration in high-pressure fuel systems, particularly for high-performance setups like the Spool Helix Overdrive system. This advanced fuel filter is engineered to filter out fine particle impurities that could damage sensitive components such as the High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) and injectors.

Traditional filters often fail under higher flow demands, either rupturing or providing insufficient filtration, especially when running ethanol blends or other performance modifications. The Spool Performance filter unit is built with an aluminum filter body and a stainless steel mesh that is washable, durable, and 100% compatible with E85 ethanol fuels. It features a 10-micron filtration capacity and can handle a flow rate of up to 6 gallons per minute (GPM), well beyond the needs of current performance applications.

Included in the kit are high-quality aluminum fittings and 6AN black nylon-coated steel braided PTFE lines, replacing the non-E85 compatible BMW OEM rubber fuel lines. This ensures a robust and efficient fuel system upgrade that can handle the demands of performance-tuned BMWs.

The Spool Performance 10 Micron In-Line Filter is compatible with the following BMW models:

• E9X (2007-2013)
• E8X (2006-2013)
• E6X (2006-2012)
• 135i, 335i, 535i models equipped with the N54 or N55 engines.

Note: If your vehicle has already undergone modifications to the low-pressure fuel lines, you may require a custom kit to ensure compatibility with your setup.
