Each SOUL Performance Sport Catalytic Converter set is manufactured from premium mandrel-bent, thick-wall 0.065-inch T304L stainless steel. Every assembly is back-purged and TIG welded to maximize strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability.
Heavy-duty aluminum fabrication fixtures act as heat sinks during welding, minimizing distortion of both the fixtures and the finished components. This manufacturing process ensures exceptional consistency and precise OEM-quality fitment.
Because the catalytic converters are positioned close to sensitive components on the Chevrolet C8 Z06, integrated heat shields are an essential part of the design for reliable thermal management.
