Fitment & Maintenance Information
A precise, secure fit is critical for the effectiveness of your safety equipment. The X-Large Super Bandit should fit snugly against the forehead and cheeks; the helmet should not move independently of your head once the chin strap is properly tensioned. According to Snell Foundation guidelines, it is recommended to replace your racing helmet every five (5) years from the date of manufacture, as internal protective materials can lose their effectiveness over time.
To maintain the high-gloss finish and shell integrity, clean the helmet using only a soft microfiber cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, waxes, or solvents, as these can compromise the impact-absorbing liner or the composite shell structure. Always store your helmet in a cool, dry place inside a protective bag between race weekends to ensure it remains in peak competition condition.
