The Simpson Racing Lever Camlock Harness – 55” Bolt-In Pull Down – Individual Harness – Platinum is a motorsport safety restraint system engineered for secure driver containment, fast release operation, and consistent performance in competitive racing environments. Manufactured by Simpson Racing, this harness uses Simpson’s redesigned Lever Camlock/Clip system for reduced weight and improved usability.
SFI 16.1 certified, this 5-point harness is designed to maintain proper driver positioning under high-load conditions such as hard braking, acceleration, and cornering forces, making it suitable for sanctioned motorsport applications.
The Lever Camlock system has been re-engineered to be approximately 15% lighter than previous designs while maintaining strong and reliable locking performance. Its internal release mechanism is designed to quickly eject belt clips for rapid driver exit in emergency situations. The clip system is also interchangeable with rotary camlock components for added flexibility across different setups.
This configuration features a 55-inch bolt-in installation with pull-down lap adjusters for precise tightening while seated, along with individual shoulder harnesses for secure and stable restraint positioning.
