Care & Safety Maintenance
Due to the critical SFI 20 safety rating, this jacket requires specialized maintenance to preserve its life-saving properties. It is highly recommended to have the jacket professionally dry cleaned by a facility experienced in fire-retardant racing gear. Never use bleach or fabric softeners, as these will permanently damage the Nomex® fibers and compromise the thermal barrier. Before every pass, perform a thorough inspection of the arm restraint tethers, the heavy-duty zipper, and all seams for signs of fuel saturation or wear.
