The SBD Ceramic Street Series Brake Pads are designed for BMW M240i, M340i, and M440i models across the G-series platform, including G20, G21, G22, G23, and G42 chassis. These pads are engineered as a premium street-focused upgrade for drivers who want improved braking performance without sacrificing comfort, cleanliness, or everyday drivability.
Built for factory or factory-style iron brake rotors, these ceramic pads deliver silent operation, very low dust output, and long service life compared to conventional performance compounds. With a hot friction coefficient of 0.52 and GG friction rating, they provide strong initial bite and consistent stopping power for daily driving conditions.
SBD Ceramic Pads are optimized specifically for street use and are not recommended for track applications where brake temperatures exceed 650°F, as extended high-heat use can significantly reduce pad lifespan.
