Installation Notes:

When removing any turbocharger air intake system components, cover open ports to prevent debris from entering the engine.

Inspect and clean all components prior to assembly and installation.

Ensure charge air cooler T-bolt hose clamps are tight and secure.

Verify all electrical connections and wire harnesses moved during installation are secure and away from hot or moving components.

Check for abrasion or wear on the charge air cooler hose, coolant hoses, power steering reservoir, power steering hoses, and nearby electrical harnesses; repair or replace as necessary.
