Component Details

Track Rod Relocation Bracket & Adjustable Track Rod

The 105077 track rod bracket corrects frame-side geometry for 2.5–5.5" lifts. Made from 3/8" steel and powder-coated black, it provides extreme strength and corrosion resistance. The adjustable track rod allows in-truck length adjustment using OEM Ford ball joints and bushings, ensuring vibration isolation and long-lasting durability.

Radius Arm Drop Brackets (105131)

Required for proper suspension geometry, these brackets are designed for 3.5–5.5" lifts and feature four mounting points for secure attachment to the frame. Additional reinforcement includes tab bolts through the transmission crossmember and inside the frame for maximum rigidity.

Billet Radius Arms (105112)

Machined from 6061 billet aluminum, these arms improve tire clearance and maintain strength while reducing weight. Adjustable caster cam bolts allow alignment tuning, and integrated tabs support the 105048 limit strap kit when required by certain shock packages.

Weight Scale Relocation Kit (105118) – Optional

For trucks equipped with factory weight scales, this kit relocates the system for proper lift geometry and includes fully adjustable rods and radius arm brackets. Brackets are also included for deleting the system if desired.

Limit Strap Kit (105048)

Required for shock packages with extended travel, the 12" straps attach to billet radius arms and a frame bracket. Installation requires no welding and is compatible with boxed frames.

Front & Rear Sway Bar Relocation Kits

Front and rear brackets (105029 + 105121) increase suspension travel for lifts over 2.5" while maintaining sway bar performance and payload capacity. New, longer end links are included to optimize geometry. The rear kit accommodates 2–4.5" of lift.

Dual Steering Stabilizer Kit (101534 + KI9016-00 x2)

Mounts two FOX IFP 11.1" travel stabilizers to a rigid billet bracket, secured with 5/8" heavy-duty U-bolts. Reduces deflection for maximum stabilizer performance. Billet aluminum clamps secure outer ends to the tie rod.

Coil Springs & Adjustable Levelers (105020 + 105082)

Levelers provide up to 2.5" of front lift, while coil springs offer 3.5" lift on non-Tremor trucks and 2.5" on Tremor trucks, allowing precise front ride height adjustment from 3.5"–5.5".

Upgraded Bump Stops (105053)

Drops OEM bump stops 2.5" to prevent coil bottoming. Additional 1.5" and 2" options are available depending on lift height.

Optional Upgrades

Torxz Traction Control Bars (102102)

Control axle wrap to eliminate wheel hop and pinion angle changes during acceleration or braking. Unique urethane bushings allow full suspension travel without loading the frame.

Rear Lift Blocks (101162 / 101164)

Billet steel blocks available in 7/8" and 1-7/8" heights with 2.5-degree pinion angle correction, designed for strength in heavy-duty F450 applications.

U-Bolts

Length depends on block selection. Measure factory components before ordering. All extended U-bolts are 3/4" thread and may require slight drilling of the bottom plate.

Shock Packages

Choose Steady Valve 2.0" FOX IFP shocks or FOX 2.5" Performance Elite adjustable shocks for high and low-speed compression tuning. Reservoir brackets included above the coil springs.
