Component Details
Track Rod Relocation Bracket & Adjustable Track Rod
The S&B track rod relocation bracket corrects the frame-side mounting position for trucks with 2.5"–5.5" of front lift when used with the adjustable track rod. Constructed from 3/8" thick steel and finished in a durable black powder coat, this bracket delivers exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Extensive testing and multiple design revisions ensure optimal ride quality and handling.
The adjustable track rod allows precise axle centering while installed on the vehicle. It features an OEM Ford ball joint on the axle side and an OEM Ford rubber bushing on the frame side for excellent vibration isolation, long service life, and easy serviceability using factory replacement parts.
Radius Arm Drop Brackets
The S&B radius arm drop brackets are required for proper suspension geometry on 2.5" front lifts. Designed specifically for this lift height, these brackets correct the radius arm mounting position and provide approximately 5 degrees of caster at 2.5" of lift, improving straight-line stability and steering feel.
Billet Radius Arms
S&B billet radius arms are CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum for an ideal balance of strength and weight. Their angled design improves tire clearance compared to factory arms, while adjustable caster cam bolts allow precise alignment tuning. Integrated mounting tabs support the included limit strap kit when required by certain shock configurations.
Limit Strap Kit
The included 12" limit strap kit is required for shock packages where extended shock travel could allow the coil spring to become loose at full droop. The straps mount to the billet radius arms and a frame-mounted bracket. Installation does not require welding and includes hardware designed for boxed frames.
Sway Bar Relocation Kit
S&B sway bar relocation brackets and extended end links are required for front lifts over 2.5". These components allow front-to-rear sway bar adjustment for improved tire clearance at full steering lock while preserving factory sway bar performance, handling, and payload capacity.
Steady Track Steering System
The S&B Steady Track system includes an ATS adjustable steering stabilizer, stabilizer mounting brackets, and a replacement OEM Ford pitman arm. The stabilizer mounts directly to the pitman arm, making it highly effective at eliminating bump steer. The factory pitman arm is replaced with a flat OEM-style pitman arm to create the clearance needed for the stabilizer. The adjustable design allows tuning of steering feel and provides a significant upgrade over factory and dual stabilizer systems.
Adjustable Coil Levelers
Adjustable coil levelers provide up to 2.5" of front ride height adjustment. At their lowest setting, they match the factory spring perch height, and when fully adjusted, they deliver a full 2.5" of lift. These levelers allow precise height tuning and can be paired with optional lift springs for additional front height.
Bump Stop Drop Kit
The 2" bump stop drop kit lowers the factory bump stops to maintain proper suspension travel after leveling. Additional bump stop drop heights are available separately.
Optional Upgrades
Torxz Traction Control Bars
Torxz traction control bars reduce axle wrap, wheel hop, and pinion angle changes during acceleration and braking. They utilize urethane bushings on both the axle and frame sides, allowing full suspension travel without shock loading the frame.
Shock Packages
Multiple shock packages are available depending on performance needs and budget. Steady Valve 2.0" FOX IFP shocks are valved in-house by S&B for optimal ride quality and control. FOX 2.5" Performance Elite shocks offer adjustable high- and low-speed compression and include reservoir mounting brackets positioned above the coil spring.
Optional Coil Springs
Adjustable coil levelers are the preferred method for achieving up to 2.5" of front lift using factory coils. Optional coil springs are available for customers who want more than 2.5" of front lift without stepping up to a 3.5"–5.5" lift kit. These springs provide approximately 3" of lift on standard 2020–2022 trucks and approximately 2" of lift on 2020–2022 Tremor models or 2017–2019 trucks, with a slightly softer-than-stock spring rate.
