Maintenance & Tuning Recommendations
- Replace NGK 97506 spark plugs every 10,000 miles
- Replace ignition coils every 50,000 miles
- Consider replacing factory direct injectors every 70,000 miles
- High-flow catted downpipes are strongly recommended
- Factory charge pipes can become brittle and fail over time
- Manual transmission vehicles may require a clutch upgrade at higher power levels
- Port injection is recommended for extreme horsepower applications
- RK-Tunes components are recommended but not required
- Methanol injection is not supported in RK-Tunes calibrations
