Description
The RK-Tunes Performance Tune for BMW E90 and E92 M3 (2008–2013) is a professionally developed calibration designed to unlock additional performance, sharpen throttle response, and optimize engine behavior for both stock and modified S65 applications. Built using Dynojet dyno development and real-world road testing, this tune delivers a balanced improvement in drivability and power while maintaining reliability.
Each calibration is tailored to your selected fuel and modification setup, allowing for a personalized tuning experience. The software is designed to work through RK-Tunes flash software and requires a Windows-based laptop for installation and use.
This performance tune enhances factory ECU parameters including ignition timing, VANOS cam timing, throttle mapping, and air-fuel ratios. It also removes factory limitations such as the top speed governor and increases the factory rev limiter for a more engaging driving experience.
Multiple tuning options are available depending on your setup and preferences, including single map or multi-map configurations. Multi-map options allow switching between different fuel and feature setups such as pump fuel, E85, burble, and flame settings.
