The RaceQuip 111 Series Single Layer Fire Suit Jacket is designed for drivers who need lightweight, breathable, and reliable fire-retardant protection in motorsport environments. Built using Pyrovatex® FRC material, this jacket delivers comfort, durability, and performance suitable for entry-level and intermediate racing applications.
This jacket meets and exceeds SFI 3.2A/1 standards and is classified as an SFI-1 certified racing garment. It carries a TPP Rating of 11, providing dependable thermal protection for competitive motorsport use where single-layer gear is required or permitted.
The construction uses Pyrovatex® FRC, a cotton-based fire-retardant fabric engineered to maintain softness, breathability, and moisture-wicking performance. It is gentle on the skin and designed to reduce irritation during extended wear. The treatment process bonds at a molecular level to help maintain flame-retardant properties over time with proper care, even after repeated use.
