At its core, the RaceQuip PRO25 features a hand-laid FRP composite shell that delivers exceptional strength while maintaining a lightweight structure for reduced driver fatigue. Inside, an energy-absorbing EPS liner provides critical impact protection, while the fire-retardant Nomex interior ensures comfort and safety in extreme racing conditions. The Kevlar chin strap with a double D-ring retention system offers secure and reliable fastening.
The aerodynamic design includes an integrated duckbill chin spoiler that enhances high-speed stability, while top and rear exhaust vents promote airflow to keep the driver cool during intense racing environments. The wide eye port improves peripheral vision and accommodates eyewear, ensuring clear visibility in all racing conditions.
A 3mm distortion-free polycarbonate face shield provides excellent optical clarity and low-fog performance. It includes a silicone eye port gasket to help seal out dust and debris, anodized aluminum pivot hardware, and an eight-position hand ratcheting tear-off system for quick adjustments on track.
