At its core, the helmet features a hand-laid FRP composite shell that delivers a strong yet lightweight structure for improved impact resistance. Inside, an energy-absorbing EPS liner is engineered to help dissipate impact forces, while the fire-retardant Nomex® interior provides comfort and safety under racing conditions. The wide eye port enhances visibility and allows space for eyewear, ensuring clear vision in all racing environments.
The distortion-free 3mm polycarbonate face shield is designed for durability and optical clarity, featuring tear-off posts and a silicone eyeport gasket to help seal out dust and debris. An anodized aluminum pivot kit with adjustable friction control provides smooth shield operation and secure positioning during use.
For driver support systems, the helmet includes reinforced M6 threaded inserts for compatibility with HANS and other head-and-neck restraint systems. The Kevlar® chin strap with double D-ring closure ensures a secure and reliable fit. Ventilation channels at the top and rear of the helmet help promote airflow, improving comfort during extended driving sessions.
