Description
The RaceQuip PRO Youth SFI 24.1 Full Face Racing Helmet in Corsa Red (Youth) is designed specifically for young racers competing in karting and junior motorsports. Built to SFI 24.1 certification standards, this helmet is widely accepted in youth racing series and offers reliable protection for developing drivers.
The helmet features a smaller FRP composite shell that is hand-laid to achieve an optimal balance of lightweight performance and structural strength. Inside, an expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner provides impact energy absorption, while the comfort-fit blended Nomex® interior ensures fire-retardant protection and all-day comfort. A wide eyeport improves visibility and allows compatibility with eyewear.
The 3mm distortion-free polycarbonate face shield includes an aluminum pivot kit, hand-ratcheting tear-off posts, and a silicone eyeport gasket designed to reduce dust and debris intrusion. Reinforced M6 threaded inserts allow compatibility with HANS / FHR head and neck restraint systems for enhanced safety.
This youth helmet also includes extra cheek pads for adjustable sizing (51–53 cm), making it suitable for growing drivers. Top and rear exhaust vents improve airflow and cooling, while the Kevlar® chin strap and fire-retardant materials ensure full compliance with motorsports safety requirements.
