The RaceQuip PRO Youth Helmet is a professional-grade, SFI 24.1 rated full-face helmet specifically engineered for the unique needs of junior racers. Featuring a high-visibility Fluorescent Green finish, this helmet combines contemporary aerodynamic styling with a smaller, lighter shell designed for younger drivers. Whether competing in Junior Dragsters, Quarter Midgets, or Karting, the PRO Youth helmet provides the advanced safety features and fire-retardant protection required by major racing sanctions.
Safety begins with the hand-laid FRP Composite shell, which achieves an optimal balance between impact strength and lightweight performance to reduce neck fatigue. Inside, an Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) liner provides critical energy absorption, while the fire-retardant Nomex® interior and Kevlar® chin strap ensure the helmet meets rigorous SFI standards for thermal protection.
Fitment and Adjustable Sizing
This helmet is designed to grow with the driver or accommodate a wide variety of head shapes. Each helmet includes extra cheek pads, allowing the internal fit to be adjusted between 51cm, 52cm, and 53cm. This covers the most popular size range for youth competitors, ensuring a snug, safe, and comfortable fit.

Safety & Maintenance Information
The RaceQuip PRO Youth Helmet is a foundational piece of safety gear. For maximum protection, always ensure the Kevlar® chin strap is properly tightened and the shield is locked before entering the track. To maintain the integrity of the FRP shell and fire-retardant paint, clean only with mild soap and water or specialized helmet cleaners; avoid harsh chemicals or solvents. Periodically inspect the EPS liner for any signs of compression and ensure all interior padding remains secure. This helmet should be replaced immediately following any significant impact, regardless of visible damage.
