The RaceQuip 130 Series Chevron-1 One Piece Single Layer Fire Suit is a professional-grade motorsport suit engineered for comfort, durability, and fire-retardant protection. Built using Pyrovatex® FRC material, this suit combines breathable cotton-based comfort with advanced flame resistance performance while maintaining a soft, skin-friendly feel suitable for extended racing conditions.
This fire suit meets and exceeds the SFI 3.2A/1 rating and is classified as an SFI-1 certified garment. It delivers a TPP Rating of 11 for reliable thermal protection in motorsport environments. The Pyrovatex® treatment bonds at a molecular level with cotton fibers, helping preserve flame-retardant properties over time when properly maintained.
The Chevron-1 design features a modern Euro-inspired styling with chevron pattern box quilting for a distinctive motorsport appearance. The exterior finish is smooth, slightly shiny, and supple due to the Pyrovatex® treatment process.
Construction and durability are reinforced through heavy-duty, multi-needle over-lock safety stitching for enhanced seam strength. A high-quality heavy-duty Nomex® backed brass zipper with a double overlap ensures secure closure and added protection.
Designed for driver mobility and comfort, the suit includes 180 degree floating arm gussets for unrestricted upper body movement. It also incorporates knit stretch panels on the sides for improved flexibility and a knit stretch panel on the lower back for added comfort during seated driving positions.
Additional comfort and protection features include black Nomex® wrist and ankle cuffs, boot cuff legs, and boot leg cuffs for secure fit and heat protection at extremities. The suit is completed with a heavy-duty two-way brass zipper and a two-piece adjustable belt for fit customization.
