The RaceQuip 120 Series One Piece Multi Layer Fire Suit is a premium SFI-5 certified racing suit designed for drivers who require maximum fire protection, durability, and comfort in competitive motorsport environments. Engineered with a high-performance multi-layer construction, this suit delivers superior thermal resistance while maintaining flexibility and long-term wear comfort.
This suit features a three-layer protective design consisting of a durable Pyrovatex® FRC outer layer, a Nomex® middle insulating layer, and a soft Pyrovatex® FRC inner lining. The Pyrovatex® material is engineered to retain the softness and breathability of cotton while providing strong flame and heat resistance. It also wicks moisture away from the skin to improve comfort during extended racing sessions. The treatment process bonds the fire-retardant properties at a molecular level, helping the garment maintain performance when properly cared for over time.
The middle layer is made from Nomex® aramid batting, which is inherently fire-resistant and provides an essential thermal barrier for enhanced protection. All seams are constructed using heavy-duty multi-needle over-lock safety stitching to ensure maximum seam strength and durability under racing conditions.
This suit carries a TPP rating of 25 and meets or exceeds SFI 3.2A/5 safety standards, making it suitable for professional racing applications.
