The RaceQuip 120 Series One Piece Multi Layer Fire Suit is an SFI-5 certified professional-grade racing suit engineered for maximum fire protection, durability, and driver comfort. Designed for competitive motorsport environments, this suit combines advanced multi-layer construction with ergonomic design features for high-performance use on the track.
This suit is constructed using a three-layer system consisting of a durable Pyrovatex® FRC outer layer, a Nomex® middle insulating layer, and a soft Pyrovatex® FRC inner lining. The Pyrovatex® fabric delivers strong flame and heat resistance while maintaining the softness and breathability of cotton. It also wicks moisture away from the skin, helping drivers stay comfortable during extended racing sessions. The material is engineered with a molecular bonding process that helps preserve its flame-retardant properties over time when properly maintained.
The Nomex® core layer provides inherent fire resistance and acts as a thermal barrier for enhanced safety in extreme conditions. All seams are reinforced using heavy-duty multi-needle over-lock safety stitching for maximum strength and long-term durability under racing stress.
