The assembly features a precision-machined 4340 alloy steel billet clutch basket, advanced heat treatment and nitriding, and an upgraded 10 large / 10 small friction disc configuration. Compared with conventional 8/8 clutch configurations, the additional friction discs increase the available friction surface area and help distribute heat and load more effectively.
4340 Billet Steel Clutch Basket

Core Exchange Policy
This product is offered under a core exchange program. Please select the appropriate core option when placing your order.
Option 1: I Will Ship My OEM Core
The customer sends their original OEM clutch core to Project Gamma before the upgraded clutch assembly is built and shipped.
The OEM core must be received in rebuildable condition and must pass Project Gamma's inspection.
No additional core fee applies when the customer's rebuildable OEM core is supplied.
Option 2: I Will Keep My OEM Core
Customers who want to retain their original OEM clutch core can select this option.
Project Gamma will source a replacement OEM core and use it to build the upgraded clutch assembly.
A $4,000 core fee will be added to the order.
Core Inspection Requirements
All supplied OEM cores are subject to inspection. The core must meet Project Gamma's requirements for rebuildability.
Orders will not be finalized until the applicable core requirements have been satisfied.
Shipping costs associated with sending the customer's OEM core are the customer's responsibility.
Backorder Notice
This product is currently on backorder.
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks of manufacturing lead time before shipment.
The manufacturing lead time begins once the applicable core requirements have been satisfied and the order is ready for production.
