Description
The PLM Power Driven Divorced Downpipe is a high-performance exhaust upgrade designed for Subaru WRX and STI models, as well as select Legacy GT and Forester XT applications. Engineered to improve exhaust flow and turbocharger response, this downpipe features full 3-inch mandrel-bent stainless steel construction and a high-flow 200-cell metallic catalytic converter. The divorced downpipe design separates exhaust flow for optimized performance and improved efficiency.
The PLM Power Driven Downpipe is constructed from durable stainless steel and features CNC-machined flanges with a substantial 0.38-inch thickness for strength and reliable fitment. Its one-piece design is handmade and TIG welded to provide excellent durability and long-term reliability. An additional O2 sensor bung is included for wideband sensor applications, providing greater flexibility for performance and tuning setups.
Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this downpipe utilizes the stock ball joints and clamps and can be installed using the included hardware and gaskets. If the factory catalytic converter-back exhaust system is retained, PLM recommends using an exhaust adapter flange for proper connection. An ECU tune is recommended for the best performance results and proper operation.
