Designed for budget-conscious consumers, this heat exchanger is crafted using our renowned all-aluminum, high-quality, non-epoxied furnace brazed cores, ensuring durability and superior heat dissipation.
Supercharged Audi models often overheat in hot weather or during extreme driving. Increasing boost or horsepower can exacerbate this issue by raising intake charge temperatures. The Private Label Mfg. Power Driven heat exchanger is the ultimate solution, significantly reducing intake charge temps to maintain power. Our heat exchangers utilize non-epoxied furnace brazed cores, CNC precision machined billet aluminum necks, and are 100% TIG welded for optimal performance.
Independent testing has shown that while stock heat exchangers can raise your IAT by over 41 degrees, the PLM heat exchanger under identical conditions only increases by a maximum of 23 degrees during hard runs.
