The Nuke Performance Weld-On Radiator Filler Neck 32mm is designed for custom cooling-system applications that require a 32mm Type-A radiator cap connection.
It is intended to be welded into compatible aluminum cooling components and is suitable for use with custom radiators, coolant expansion tanks, swirl pots, and coolant reservoirs. The weld-on design allows the filler neck to become an integrated part of the cooling system rather than relying on a separate bolt-on adapter.
The filler neck is compatible with standard 32mm Type-A radiator caps, including the complete range of Nuke Performance Type-A radiator caps in multiple pressure ratings.
Always confirm that the cooling component is suitable for welding and that the filler-neck dimensions, radiator cap configuration, installation position, and cooling-system requirements are appropriate for the intended application.
32mm Type-A Radiator Cap Compatibility
The filler neck is designed around the common 32mm Type-A radiator cap standard and is fully compatible with Nuke Performance Type-A radiator caps.

Radiator cap is not included and must be purchased separately.
Select the radiator cap pressure rating according to the requirements of the complete cooling system. Higher pressure increases coolant boiling margin but also places greater stress on cooling-system components, including hoses, radiators, tanks, seals, and fittings.
Weld-On Design for Custom Cooling Systems
