Description
The Neuspeed HI-FLO Turbo Discharge Conversion Kit for PQ35 2.0L TSI EA888 Gen2 and 1.8L TSI engines is engineered to eliminate severe restrictions on the turbocharger’s discharge side, significantly improving airflow and turbo efficiency.
This kit includes a newly machined billet aluminum turbo discharge adapter designed to reduce flow restriction. The adapter features a machined lip on its mounting flange to ensure a secure, leak-free connection. Also included is a durable silicone hose that connects the adapter to the kit’s primary component: a newly manufactured 57mm diameter discharge pipe.
This full-diameter discharge pipe replaces the factory's narrower outlet, completely removing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth airflow from the turbo to the intercooler. The result is a significant reduction in turbo lag, faster boost response, and an estimated horsepower increase of 8 to 10 hp, making it an essential upgrade for any chipped or modified TSI engine.
Installation is simple with no modifications required, as the kit bolts directly onto factory mounting points. Finished in a black wrinkle powder coat, this kit is designed and engineered in California and proudly manufactured in the USA.
