The oversized conical filter features a radius-entry inlet to maximize airflow and can operate for up to 50,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions before cleaning is required. A custom-engineered NextGen hybrid airbox helps isolate the intake from engine bay heat while incorporating an enlarged fresh-air inlet that improves airflow and protects the filter from dirt and contaminants. This design helps maintain cooler intake temperatures for more consistent performance.
