The K&N NextGen Cold Air Intake System is engineered specifically for the Dodge Charger V8 5.7L HEMI engine, delivering improved airflow, enhanced engine sound, and proven performance gains without requiring a tune. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this system helps your engine breathe more efficiently for noticeable power improvements and sharper throttle response.
Featuring a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally molded intake tube, this system increases airflow volume by 16.7% while maintaining optimal air velocity. On the dyno, it delivers an estimated gain of up to 23.5 horsepower and 18.39 lb-ft of torque at the wheels on a stock tune.
The system includes a reusable High-Flow LIFETIME air filter made from oiled cotton gauze media, designed for long service life and excellent filtration. The oversized conical filter design increases surface area, allowing extended cleaning intervals of up to 100,000 miles under normal highway conditions.
A specially designed NextGen hybrid airbox helps isolate cooler outside air while reducing heat soak from the engine bay. Combined with an enlarged inlet and optimized internal airflow path, the system improves overall engine efficiency and performance consistency.
