Extensive Real-World Development

Full TCU Tune
The Jackal Motorsports TCU calibration goes beyond simply increasing shift speed. The transmission software is fully recalibrated to improve the way the SQ7 delivers its power while maintaining comfortable operation during normal driving.
The TCU tune features sharper wide-open-throttle shifts while retaining comfort in Drive and Sport modes, optimized AMAX operation for improved acceleration, reworked launch control for repeatable results, and an active gear indicator for increased driver engagement.
For vehicles with an unlocked and flashable TCU, the Jackal Motorsports transmission calibration provides a significant improvement in overall performance and driving behavior.
Start/Stop Defaults to OFF
Jackal Motorsports disables the factory automatic Start/Stop function by default. The system remains off without generating error codes, giving the driver a more consistent driving experience.
SQ7-Specific Burble Tuning
Jackal Motorsports developed the burble calibration specifically for the Audi SQ7 rather than applying a generic crackle tune. The system is designed to provide a refined exhaust character while remaining appropriate for the SQ7.
Burble functionality is active in Dynamic Mode and is calibrated to avoid excessive or obnoxious popping.
Cold Start Calibration
The cold-start behavior has also been refined to produce a smoother, more mature exhaust tone. The calibration is designed to improve the cold-start experience even when the vehicle is equipped with a full aftermarket exhaust system.
