Maximum Flow Output
The stock HPFP becomes a limitation when upgrading turbos or using ethanol-based fuel. IE’s upgraded internals replace the OEM 9.92mm piston with an oversized 11.68mm piston, increasing stroke volume by 38.58% and unlocking greater fuel flow.

Industry-Leading Reliability
Each piston and cylinder set is CNC-machined, dimensionally matched, and verified by hand using specialized metrology equipment. IE uses a proprietary fuel pump dyno to test all designs under simulated long-term operating conditions.

Advanced Coatings
The Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating on the pin provides ultra-low friction and high wear resistance. The nitrided cylinder finish hardens the tool steel for long life under extreme pressures and high cycle rates.

Titanium Retainer
