The Injen Race Blue PowerFlow Cold Air Intake System is engineered to deliver measurable horsepower gains, improved throttle response, and enhanced engine sound for select Ford and Lincoln twin-turbo applications. Designed for direct-fit installation, this system replaces the factory intake with a high-flow, performance-oriented design that improves airflow efficiency while maintaining safe air-fuel ratios without requiring additional tuning.
Built from high-strength cross-link polyethylene, the intake tubing is engineered for durability, heat resistance, and optimized airflow. The design features equal-length and properly sized tubing with dual 3.5-inch air inlets that feed increased airflow to the turbochargers. A large intake collector helps smooth and equalize airflow, reducing restriction and improving overall engine efficiency.
The system includes a custom-designed heat shield that helps isolate the air filter from excessive engine bay heat, ensuring cooler, denser air is delivered to the engine. The fully serviceable Injen SuperNano-Web dry air filter provides excellent filtration and long-term usability with minimal maintenance.
Using advanced CAD and CFD engineering, this intake system is precisely tuned for performance gains while maintaining drivability. Under full throttle, it delivers an aggressive engine tone while still preserving everyday refinement.
