This system features a durable, in-house roto-molded air box and intake tube constructed from high-strength Cross-Link Polyethylene (XLPE). The one-piece air box incorporates multiple patented features, including a removable magnetic lid and a magnetic clear-view inspection window that allows quick visual monitoring of the air filter without disassembly.
A patented built-in velocity stack is integrated directly into the air box to promote smoother, accelerated airflow into the turbocharger. The removable lid and window allow the system to be converted into an open-element configuration, increasing airflow and enhancing intake sound when desired.
An integrated ram air scoop is positioned at the front of the system to capture and channel cool ambient air into the intake path, helping maintain consistent intake air temperatures during spirited driving and heavy load conditions.
The custom-designed intake tube is dyno-tuned to optimize airflow velocity across the mass air flow sensor, ensuring accurate fuel trims and stable air-fuel ratios.
