This throttle body has been dyno proven to add up to 22 mid-range HP and 11 peak HP when combined with an intake and an exhaust, making it one of the most cost-effective modifications you can make to your S197 GT.
62MM Twin Blade. Your factory throttle body chokes your engine when it needs air the most. Maximize your mods by making sure your engine is getting the air it needs to perform its best with this generously sized 62mm bore twin blade throttle body.
Lightweight Aluminum. Unlike heavier steel parts, Granatelli's twin throttle body has been made from durable but lightweight cast aluminum. This throttle body features a natural finish for a pure performance look under the hood.
Bolt-On Installation. The GMS Twin Blade throttle body is designed to install in around 45 minutes using basic hand tools. It includes a new throttle position sensor (TPS) for easy installation.
Application. This GMS 62mm Twin Blade Throttle Body is designed to fit the 2005 to 2010 Mustang GT and 2007 to 2009 GT500 with an included adapter. It is compatible with the stock manifold but does require an aftermarket cold air intake for proper fit.
Technical Notes. Requires aftermarket cold air intake. Tune recommended.
