The Fuel-It High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) Upgrade for 2018+ KIA Stinger and Genesis G70 3.3L V6 engines is designed for enthusiasts running heavy E85 or ethanol blends who want to eliminate high fuel pressure drops at higher boost levels. This Stage 2 pump delivers over 80% more fuel flow capacity than the factory unit, making it ideal for increased boost or ethanol tuning without requiring Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) or Charge Pipe Injection (CPI).
This direct replacement HPFP includes all required hardware for a clean plug-and-play installation in your Stinger or Genesis. Various kit options are available to fit your setup, whether you are adding a flex fuel kit, upgrading an existing kit, or installing the pump alone.
Available Kit Variations:

HPFP Upgrade Only: Includes the upgraded HPFP, billet adapter plate, harness adapter, low-pressure fuel line, and hardware.

HPFP Upgrade with BMS CANflex Kit: Includes HPFP upgrade and BMS CANflex LED ECA for ethanol monitoring with JB4 voltage output. Display box must be routed inside the glove box or under a cover for protection. Supports CANbus operation and 10bar low fuel pressure sensor kits for future expansion.

Difference Between HPFP and CPI: Both address high fuel pressure drops on E85. CPI requires JB4 and 1/8" NPT installation; it is less expensive but more involved. HPFP is a higher-flow, install-and-forget solution, supporting higher JB4 map levels.

Running Straight E85: This pump supports high ethanol content, but heavier E85 blends require tuning adjustments to fuel scalars, AFR, spark dwell, cranking tables, and ignition timing. JB4 customers can use backend flash maps (EK1) for these changes.
