The Fuel-It! B58 Billet Port Injection Intake Manifold is the ultimate upgrade for high-horsepower B58 builds, replacing the weak factory plastic intake with a direct-fit, high-flow billet aluminum manifold. Designed for extreme performance, this manifold supports up to 2000 horsepower while delivering superior airflow, cooling, and reliability.
At the heart of the system is a large, upgraded air-to-water intercooler core that ensures consistently cool intake air temperatures run after run. Integrated top-mounted port injection bungs provide optimal injector spray patterns and easy access, while multiple 1/8" expansion ports allow for direct port nitrous, water/methanol injection, boost reference, or auxiliary accessories.
This manifold is available either as a complete port injection solution or as a standalone manifold for those planning future fueling upgrades. High-quality o-rings and all required mounting hardware are included for a secure and leak-free installation.
Gen 1 B58 applications require minor modification to the cowl brace and plastic cowl cover during installation.
Included Bonus Components
This kit includes a FREE Burger Motorsports B58 Phenolic Thermal Intake Manifold Spacer (a $99 value), required for proper installation. The spacer is constructed from fiber-embedded phenolic material to reduce heat transfer from the cylinder head to the intake manifold, lowering intake air temperatures, reducing heat soak, and improving combustion efficiency.
This kit also includes a FREE Fuel-It! fuel line and FREE Burger Motorsports port injector plugs (a $60 value). The injector plugs allow the use of the port injection manifold without active port injection by sealing the injector ports until additional fueling is required.
Optional Port Injection Hardware
The manifold is available with or without port injection hardware. Optional flow-matched 42mm port fuel injectors are offered in multiple sizes and are compatible with Fuel-It!, Phoenix Racing, and other port injection systems.
Available injector options:
• DW 550cc injectors – supports up to 750 WHP
• DW 750cc injectors – supports up to 850 WHP
• DW 950cc injectors – supports up to 950 WHP
• IDX 1050cc injectors – supports up to 1100 WHP
All injector sets are flow matched for consistent fueling and reliable high-performance operation.
