Run E85 and ethanol blends with complete confidence using the Burger Motorsports (BMS) CANFlex Flex Fuel Ethanol Content Sensor Kit for the 2025+ RAM 1500 equipped with the 3.0L Hurricane SO (Standard Output) or HO (High Output) twin-turbo inline-six engine.
Whether you're using a JB4 Performance Tuner, ECU flash tune, or simply want to accurately monitor ethanol content, the CANFlex system continuously measures your fuel's ethanol percentage in real time and transmits the data through CANbus, Bluetooth, and an integrated display (HO kit), ensuring your engine is always operating with the correct fuel information.
At the core of the system is a genuine Continental® ethanol content sensor, trusted for OEM-level accuracy and reliability. The CANFlex Ethanol Content Analyzer (ECA) processes ethanol data and sends it directly to the CANFlex App, JB4PRO App, compatible flash tuning platforms, and the integrated LCD display (HO version).
The system installs in approximately 30 minutes using the included custom billet fittings, vehicle-specific wiring harness, and all required hardware. No permanent modifications are required, making installation completely reversible.
For High Output (HO) models, the kit also includes an integrated fuel pressure sensor, allowing real-time fuel pressure monitoring directly through the CANFlex App for additional tuning precision and engine diagnostics.

JB4 Setup Instructions
For vehicles equipped with the JB4 Performance Tuner:
- Connect the Blue Wire to Position #4 on the JB4 25-pin harness.
- In the JB4 App, select WMI Ethanol Setup Option 0.
