Maximize your BMW S55 engine's performance with the Fuel-It! Charge Pipe Injection (CPI) Kit. As advancements in S55 flash tuning and JB4 back-end flash maps have eliminated software fuel limits, the high fuel pressure pump volume has become the new bottleneck. Higher boost targets and E85 fuel mixtures can overwhelm the high-pressure pump, leading to fuel pressure drops, engine misfires, stuttering, and overall performance limitations.
The Fuel-It! S55 CPI kit addresses this issue by incorporating additional fuel injectors into the charge pipe. This supplements fuel volume and reduces stress on the high-pressure system. Connected to the low fuel pressure system with high-quality plug and play AN lines and included fittings, this kit ensures direct fuel injection into the engine, raising the overall fueling limit. It includes CNC machined couplers that screw into charge pipes with a 1/8" NPT bung. For those equipped with a JB4, the FSB controller allows full dynamic mapping control and safety.
