Fuel-It! BMW fuel pump upgrades for N54 and N55 engines are designed to support higher power levels, ethanol blends, and increased fuel demand while maintaining reliability and plug-and-play installation. These low-pressure fuel pump (LPFP) solutions are engineered specifically for E-Chassis BMW applications and offer significant flow improvements over the factory fuel system.
Stage 1 LPFP Upgrade – Inline Upgrade
The Stage 1 LPFP upgrade is designed to install inline with your factory low-pressure fuel pump.
• Installs inline with the stock LPFP
• Approximately 50% more fuel flow when paired with the factory pump
• Ideal for lightly modified vehicles and ethanol blends
• Retains the factory fuel pump assembly
Stage 2 Bucketless LPFP Upgrade
The Stage 2 bucketless LPFP upgrade is a complete replacement for the factory low-pressure fuel pump assembly, utilizing an E85-certified bucketless design.
This system provides:
• Up to 25% more flow than Fuel-It! standard Stage 2 upgrade
• Up to 100% more fuel flow compared to stock
• Designed for high-horsepower and ethanol-fueled builds
Included components:
• Complete plug-and-play bucket replacement solution
• Custom billet aluminum anodized bracket for pump and float assembly
• E85-compatible Walbro fuel pump
• New Walbro fuel filter
• Custom anodized billet fitting for pump output and factory fuel line
• Spare vent tube clip
• Two cotter pins to secure the float assembly
Stage 2 bucketless pumps are available with:
• Walbro 450 fuel pump
• Optional Walbro 525 fuel pump offering approximately 10% more fuel flow
