Description
The Fuel-It! BMW F-Chassis Stage 3 LPFP Upgrade for B48 and B58 Gen 1 engines is a complete dual-pump low-pressure fuel system engineered for high-horsepower applications running pump gas, race gas, or E85. This system is designed for customers who require significantly more fueling capacity without compromising factory fuel system control.
This Stage 3 configuration retains a stock low-pressure fuel pump as the primary pump, allowing the factory EKP module to operate exactly as intended and preventing current draw or fuel system error codes. A secondary high-flow pump is activated only under high boost conditions, delivering additional fuel volume precisely when it is needed.
For power levels up to 700 wheel horsepower, the standard Walbro 450 pump is recommended. For builds exceeding 700 wheel horsepower, upgrading to the Walbro 525 pump is recommended.

Important Installation Note
The secondary fuel pump is not designed to run continuously. A Hobb’s switch is strongly recommended to trigger the secondary pump only under high boost conditions.
