Description
The Fuel-It! Charge Pipe Injection (CPI) Kit for the 2025+ RAM 1500 3.0L I6 Hurricane Standard Output engine is the ultimate fueling upgrade for enthusiasts pushing beyond the limits of the factory high-pressure fuel system. The stock single high-pressure fuel pump has proven to be a bottleneck when running ethanol blends, especially under higher boost and aggressive tuning.
This CPI system adds a seventh 950cc fuel injector directly into the charge pipe, supplementing the factory direct injection system and unlocking an additional 75–100 horsepower worth of fueling capacity. With this upgrade, you can safely run up to an E40 ethanol blend on Map 4 without overwhelming the factory fuel pump.
The kit includes a Fuel-It! ethanol sensor, allowing the JB4 to automatically and precisely meter the additional fuel required based on real-time ethanol content and tuning demands. The result is safer fueling, improved consistency, and increased performance headroom on ethanol blends.
